About Sozok
...it is our goal to make a free adaptable medical record system.
This desire comes from the fact that everywhere we look it seems we run into a difficult web page, a trial download, or a prohibitively expensive medical record system. One of the things we really hate is when we have to set up a demo just to get to know the software.
So, at sozok, we created a medical records system using Excel. We chose this program because it is on most computers, easy to change, and we could make it freely available to everyone.
Our hope is that you download the file, change it how you see fit, and send comments back so we can improve it.
